ok here we go......i have been in the street scene since i was 16.......but always chevys and fords....mainly trucks.....i have been wanting to get into the import scene.......got this itch that i gotta scratch..know what i mean??? well i went out and bought me a 1995 240sx se.....one owner low miles.....car is in excellent condition.....all stock.....2.4ldohc.......i want to start upgrading it as soon as possible..........any ideas on where to start would be nice. i also need some technical advice..........engines.....suspension......and so on....

Aswell as engine upgrades, of which there are a ton, look into a good LSD. Getting traction on your launch along with some decent driving will allow you to beat some cars you wouldn't normally be able to. ;)

i appreciate everyones input on this.......sorry if i'm buggin you.....like i said....new to this particular scene......got a million questions........but i will look around more......hopefully find some of the answers i am looking for.........gonna take some time and i really want to get this project rolling..........

Does LSD help THAT much? if I have a stock car would the first thing I should get be LSD? or Exhaust and intake.. Thanx.

Swoop, they get a little ancy around here with the "go search" thing, it will help you a lot. The advice I would give you is stop, put down the magazines before you have a brainlock with all the possibilities and look at your car. Ask yourself what you want, picture the car finished and then take it apart in you mind. This will help you map out the steps to reach your goal, steps that everyone here will be happy to help you with, welcome. We are a dysfunctional family but a pretty tight one:)

Very well put. Like he said, if you ask stuff like that the first thing that is said 90% of the time is search, and it is kinda true. the car you bought can be made into a fast car, but dont do something because a magazine says its good.
