1. Is the LSD only for manual drive 240s?2. Will replacing the stock springs help with the swaying I get when I hit a bumb at higher speeds. I get significant swaying from side to side sometimes and want to get rid of it.3. What else will help get rid of the swaying?

No, any 240 can be converted to LSD.My 95 Auto is now LSD. :D

Yes, but only slightly. Lowering the car with aftermarket springs will make it more attractive as well as improving handling, but you may come out with a rougher ride... :)

Front and rear Tower Strut Bars, thicker sway bars, not hitting big bumps :D
