Questions - Speaker Installation on 1993 G20

I just got a new pair of 4x6 for the front and a 6 3/4" component system in the back. And I'm having some trouble putting them in.

I know that once I figure out how to get the front grilles off of the doors, it will be simple, but I don't know how to do that. I know that this isn't worth paying Tweeter $60 to do it, either.

As for the back, I have a good idea of how to do it, but I can't figure out how to detach the back panel. Optimally, I'd like to drop the speakers into their holes instead of screwing them in from the bottom, but like I said, I cant figure out how to get the grilles off.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
