questions on were to get boost feed for WG

okay im using a t25 and there isnt a place for the boost outlet... so what should i do?

1.) weld a nipple onto the piping2.) drill a hole into the compressor outlet + nipple3.) drill a hole into the coupler elbow from the compressor outlet + nipple

Garrett says to put the WG sorce right before the throttle plate. This makes it so that your wastegate knows how much boost is going into your intake manifold.

However, many guys just run it from the turbo compressor housing itself. This will cause your wastegate to open sooner, causing you to run less boost with the same wastegate spring(there is normaly about a 2 psi boost drop when air goes through your IC). Its very easy to compensate for this however. Just turn your MBC up.

#3 is complete crap, dont do that.

yea i think i might just weld a nipple into the piping right after the compressor.. i heard if you do it too far back that it will cause a boost spike.. better safer the sorry
