Questions on 2014 Nissan Rogue 2nd Generation

Hi all, just looking for feedback. I recently bought a used 2014 Nisaan Rogue 2nd Gen with 47k miles from the dealership. I dont know much about the car or what to look for other than what I've been reading on the forum. It seems like the car is known for having issuse with the CVT, what are general symptoms to look for to know the transmission is likely to have issues soon? I've also read that the panaromic moonroof make rattling noise, which mine does, are their any easy fixes for this. Lastly are there any other issues that are likely to pop up with this car and is there any thing to look for or do to be proactive about it. Thanks!

1) Transmission issue= no power and will leave you stranded when it goes bad

3) Other issues: Not to think of right now, as mine is just oil change and tire rotation only.
