Questions for a 2010 Sentra 2.0

So I have a 2010 Sentra 2.0, and I have a couple questions...

First off, do any 07+ SE-R head and tail lights fit on the 2.0? Or do I need to only go with the 2010 SE-R lights?

Secondly, will I need to cut out the vents out of the front fender to install fogs?

I believe that they will fit even tho' the face is slightly different, the outer dimensions and shape are the same. Just call any dealer and confirm. Also I haven't seen the '10 bumper close-up but if the small vent that blocks up the hole is not removable you will have to cut it out - I had to do the same for my '09, it's a very soft plastic so it's easy to remove.

how did you cut and put the fog lights? I have a 2.0 base and do not see how removing the covers, I have lights, harness and OEM switch that is pre-wired, the only thing not remove the covers, how to cut? put harness? have a photo?
