Questions about rims

[Great White Versa]

I am thinking of getting these rims from Tirerack but have a few questions.

First, i'm not familiar with MSW rims and can't find much about them online. Can anyone vouch for their quality? Are there other stores that sell them?

Second, when buying from Tirerack, they balance the tire BEFORE the tpms sensors are installed. Will that make a big change to the balance of the tire? Will I need to rebalance them?

Any other comments, suggestions?

You can't balance a tire without the TPMS sensor already installed, since the sensor is in the wheel and the valve stem... and those have to go in before the tire is put on the lip.
