For the header. There's 4-1 header type and 4-2-1 type. The numbers correspond to the number of tubing. Only the 4-2-1 will have the mid-pipe with it and will get rid of the oem primary cat while the 4-1 will only replace the exhaust manifold.So on the picture below, it's the exhaust manifold (not show) and the midpipe (red) for the 4-2-1. OBX are good header. Best bang for the buck. I got a 4-1 for 5 years, no troubles so far. But the 4-2-1 had minor troubles about the cheap flexible on the midpipe section of it.
For the 4-1 you must had length to the wires of the secondary o2 sensor to have it relocated behing the main cat. As for the 4-2-1, you won't have a cat anymore. You must use a electronic o2 sim (Casper) or a mechanical o2 sim.
Don't waste money on a axle back. Get a Catback instead. The catback is everything after the main cat, the blue and green section that is.
