questions about painting calipers..

so today i spray painted my calipers and i got paint on the rubber boot ... is this gunna cause a problem??

i just read somewhere that if i put brake fluid over it, it can remove the paint and wont damage the rubber. can someone confirm this for me? thank you for all your help

i sure hope so.... i keep reading everywhere that it was best to have masked any rubber part... my dumb self forgot to... im so worried that it will damage it.... i would really like to have more people give me more information
