Just started using the Data Scan package on my 94' Q and had a few questions. What is the scale for ignition timing or do they just give you a reference point? How do you use the learning function on the active tests to update the IAC settings? The O2 sensors readings seem to jump around quite a bit; what is a normal reading? What is the best way to interprit the Air/Fuel gauge? Does this read an absolute value or just give a reference point of lean to rich functioning? Any special tips would be very much appreciated. Still looking around the internet for a decent manual or forum.

I've had a bunch of the same questions, and haven't been able to find useful answers as of yet. Some of the functions I'm afraid to touch until I can find out what they do and how to properly use them. Having the laptop on the seat with a fullscreen sensor display up generates a lot of looks driving around town.

The o2 readout will jump around a bit until the sensors heat up...

I have the email address of the Programs creator and OBDI cable builder if you need it....
