questions about my 240!!!

ok i have had the 240 for 1.6 years i built it from the ground up and i know every time what the problem is.. but this time im stumped while the car is running i will push the gas just a little rev up too 1500 rpm and the rpm start dropping after a second then it runs like the timing is off but i know its not i was thinking it might be a fuel problem or possibly the crapy spark plugs? another thing my passanger seat is way more comftorable than the driver i think and my wife thinks the driver is more comfy is it possible to switch the top part of the seat so all the adjustments arent on the wrong side? thanks

sorry its a s13 with a ka24e and it has they look like stock racing seats
