I'll be moving from NC to MA in a month or so and I'm wondering what it's like there. Are inspections/emissions super strict? In NC I only need a safety inspection for my 93 so engine mods are no problem. What's it like there?

Same thing pretty much, no emission testing on 1995 and older cars!!! :)
