Questions about JDM SR’s & engine wiring?

Newbe here, with some questions about JDM SRs & engine wiring?

1.) If the US 240s switched to OBD-2 in 1995.5, did the JDM cars switch the same year?2.) Are all JDM 180SX Blacktop motors OBD-1?3.) Are the ECU and engine sensor connectors different between OBD1/2 engines?

Also, what does it mean when someone refers to Kouki or Zenki?How are these pronounced?Kouki= like “cookie”?Zenki= Zen-Key?

on s14 zenki = 95-96kouki 97-98

In Japan S14's came out in 1994. They were being produced as early as Oct 1993.
