hey guyi have a new clutch and flywheel waiting to be installed

A. should i buy new bolts for the clutch and pressure plate.B. i need a throw out bearing, what it the other bearing i should replaceC. where is the best place to buy these items.

A. changed many clutch. always used the same bolt as long as its in good condition and make sure you torque it to the right spec.B. pilot bearingC. local autoparts store

Use the grease method to remove the pilot bearing, as it is a b*tch to get out. Get a copy of the manual and read the clutch section once or twice. Look up the threads on transmission removal/reinstallation as there are a few tricks to speed up an otherwise tedious job. Torque everything, especially the clutch pressure plate.

you have to get the old throwout pressed out and the new one pressed in. make sure you dont mushroom the pilot when putting the new one in

I took a large socket and used it to knock out the sleeve from the throwout bearing, then tapped the new one in.
