Questions about 240SX sunroofs.

Hello all, newbie here.

I'm looking for a 240SX and have a few questions about what types of sunroofs where available.

1. Was the 89-94 240SX (S13?) ever equipped with an electric sliding sunroof from the factory? If so, was it only available on the hatch or coupe?2. Did the 95+ have an electric sliding sunroof?3. Do the 240's, with a sunroof, have less headroom than the non-sunroof cars? (I’m 6’2”)

my buddys 89 coupe had an electric sliding sunroof.

I have that moonroof or whatever you call it. It only goes up when you pop the latch.

I've only seen coupes with the power sunroof.

S14 SE's have power sliding sunroofs.

Yeah only the s13 coupes were equipped with the OEM electric sliding sunroof, and the 95 and up s14s came with an optional electric sliding sunroof. As for the headroom I am also 6'2" and my sunroof gives me about and inch more headroom in my s13.

that's some marbles man, starting **** on a 240sx board, but i as i know it, the s13 coupe SE usually comes with electric sliding sunroof, and s13 HB usually have the pop up sunroof, both are a bad idea as i found out because they leak, and the coupe w/ the electric sliding sunroof has 1-1.5 inch less head room, ANY ONE KNOW A QUICK FIX FOR LEAKY SUNROOF???

You think the S14 guys could come up with something than the old Probe joke after catching flack since 95. Guess not. =\

I guess I can see th similarities (the S13 is a bit more muscular but less sleek) but frankly, I don't find the probe an altogether unattractive car.

On the other hand... Check out that sweet 4 door S14!
