Questions About 2008 Pathfinder

I just recently purchased a 2008 V8 Pathfinder, and have noticed a couple of issues, and I am wondering if any other owners have these issues as well.

1) The standard head lights work fine, however the bright lights on this vehicle are terrible...they are literally less bright than the standard lights. Dealer says they are working properly.

2) At about 70-80 mph, there is a low-pitched annoying wind resistance vibration in the cabin. It sounds like the air pressure vibration you get when a rear window is slightly open on the highway, but I have checked and there are no windows open.

Has anyone else experienced these problems? Thanks.
