Every Rogue in the US and Canada comes with a security system. But it's a low tech one at that. It only senses if someone has opened the doors without a key or disconnects the battery. There are no vibration sensors like those used on 'premium' alarm systems. Someone could easily remove the wheels from your car without setting the system off.
If you want to test the security system (this works with non-intelligent key only), simply lock the car using the fob , wait for the system to arm (30 sec), then try to unlock the door with just the key and open it. You will set the alarm off. Press the unlock key on the fob to disarm.
