Question with Nismo Speedometer?

Below are picture of me installing my new Nismo 260km/h Speedo into my Silvia analog gauge cluster.... First question is, is this speedo calibrated internally? (came as a complete unit with circuit board, not just gauge face.) 2nd problem is I have Kouki gauges in the car now which required different connectors, do i need to get a harness for these ones? looks like the original 240sx gauge hookups (3 plug) not 2 plug that I have now? Haven't tried plug and play with these yet just done with the plug and want to know if there is anything else I need before I play!

















And I might not need to ask these question if I would just learn Japanese!!!
