Question with a few Error codes....95 240sx

Okay so i went to spray my engine off yesterday, and do a lilttle detailing... after i was finished washing the rest of the car i went to start it up and let it run for a bit and now its throwing codes.... NEVER did before this wash....could it be that something got wet and this is why its throwing the codes, at first the car ran like **** but by today the car runs just as it did before.... perfect... ive already taken the negative battery cable off and let it set for 10 minutes, put it back on and drove around, performance is still good but the CEL is STILL on... these are the codes.... p0130- o2 sensor circuit malfunction back 1 sensor 1 and p1705.... any ideas? Thanks!
