Question?
I have a few questions that I want to be answered by the best of anyone's ability. I have a question on which motor whould be the best to put in a 240 such s the sr20 det or a RB25 or RB26 or if it would be good to out a ka24e motor in and just turbo that. I'm not really sure which would be the best and that is what I want for my car I want to best possible mods or engine for my 240. So if anyone has anything to tell me please do I would like to know.

yeah, do some searching it will help you out alot, for the price of the sr, you can get an rb20 front clip for 1500, and use the rest for you suspension or mods for the rb20...it all depends on what you plans for your vehicle is, such as drag, drift, autox...or daily driver...it all depends on what you want to do ya know...so yeah do a search and see what you come up with, you will learn alot just by searching..peace

There is no absolute best as its all mostly due to opinions. The best for you may not be so good for some one else. Perfect example, if you end up getting an SR, that wouldn't be very good for me since I live in SoCal and SR's are death traps with cops around every corner waiting to pop your hood and impound your illegal car. It also depends on how much horsepower you want to get eventually out of your car. For under 400 hp, the SR would be cheapest, but lacks the torque another engine might have like say a turbo KA or RB25det and RB26dett. The best thing for you to do is go to the individual forums dedicated to each engine, read up on them, and then make an informed decision. This might seem like it will take a while, but I am sure it will be a lot faster and cheaper than installing an engine that does not suit you and having it replaced with another.
