What part of the vin tells you what model engine you got? Any help is good.

From a quick Google search:

1 Country of Origin (1 or 4 = USA, 3 = Mexico)
2 Mfg Code (N = Nissan)
3 Division or Vehicle Type
4 Engine
5-6 Car Line/Model
7 Body Style
8 Restraint
9 Check Digit
10 Model Year
11 Plant Code
12-17 Sequential Production No.
