how does this sound. Blitz Intercooler kit, Apexi GT Spec exhaust, Tanabe sustec Downpipe, and OBX turbo extension pipe....all 4 items for $2200. Can you all tell me if thats a deal or not? And what are your opinions on a HKS Hi Power vs. Apexi GT Spec? oh almost forgot hows the Tanabe DP vs Blitz DP? need some suggestions on what to run....I want sound and performance
all the intercoolers are similar in design... the best is if you can custom make some piping that goes straight through the front wall rather than through the intake and battery tray areas..... less bends=more power.... that's what i did with 2.5 inch piping.... i've got a noname d.p. and i would not spend extra money for a brand name on this piece... i paid $95 off ebay.... i've got a projectsilvia test pipe... this was $80, but better than the $50 ones because it's resonated-helps with the noise... and i've got the gt spec exhaust and it cost me $540 from titan motorsports, but they like me and they're local, so no shipping.... anyway.... very loud, but very nice-does not sound like honda exhaust, the gt spec has a presilencer that i don't think very many other sr20 exhausts have.... and the muffler is resonated too.... some mag quoted "this is the highest flowing exhaust we've ever seen....." nuff said
