OK, I got the exhaust, do you think I should bolt it right up to the Stock CAT or get a high-Flo cat? If so, form where and whom?

Either or. It's not exactly difficult to replace the stock cat with a high flow one anyways. So you can always run the exhaust on the stock cat while you decide...

Yes it will. It will with any direct fit application. it did with my GP Sports Spec D. Keep your stock cat. you plan on getting headers?

Just to elaborate, the 85mm or 3" flange is only bigger where the opening is. The stock flange is larger than this. so as long as the flange is large enough to seal around the outside of the opening, it will seal. I run a 85mm pipe against my stock fake cat.

In an s14, when you bolt up an N1, isn't it bolted to the fake cat? The real cat is in the stock header downpipe. Check the FSM on that one. But I can tell you that an N1 will bolt right up to the stock exhaust/header/cat stuff. I have one. Get ready to rumble....

Ya the GP Sports 3". You are wondering whether to go turbo or get headers??? Why would you rather get headers? Money?
