Hey, just had a question for those of you with the stillen side skirts. I was prefitting the stillen fascia kit yesterday. I had no issues with fitment with the rear corners and the front fascia, but the side skirts don't seem to sit flush with the body towards the rear of the skirt. I havent stuck on the double sided tape, but it doesnt seem to flush with the body completely. I've shaved a bit off the inside of the skirt, i'm probably gonna shave a lil more off today to see if i can get it to sit flush.

Just wondering, has anyone else had fitment issues where they had to shave some?

Thanks.

I'm not sure, but why not call Stillen and ask their tech department and see what they say. Best of luck. I'd love to see pics when it's all done.

Yes, there is a fitment issue. I had to shave off a bit in the back and mid section where the door meet towards the end.

The front part right behind the front wheels isnt exactly flush with the rest of the body of the car. That being said my car is black so you dont notice itunless if you are standing right over it.

And wow this winter kicked the crap out of my side skirts. The outside of that opening in the back of the side skirts got completely demolished by rocks. Its grinded down to the inside of the urethane its a yellow color. I gotta take it back to the paint shop anyway the clear coat is peeling where that clear flim was covering the stock rockers. So I'll have them repaint that and before next winter Ill try to figure out a way to protect it. lol.
