Im probably gonna get flamed but here we go. I did do a search but didnt find an answer. last topic about this was 3 years ago from the search.

I know theres a lot of body work involved when doing the conversion. How much do you guys think it'll cost for a body shop to custom weld the parts to the s14? like a guestimate? reason im asking is..because i've always loved the s15 and from my research it is almost impossible to import one in and make it 100% street legal. Also love how wide the body is compared to the s14.

Thinking about getting an s14 shell and making it into an s15. found a rear s15 clip for $400. would love to own a clean s15 converted from an s14

Just a thought

More then you want to spend.

Save your money, Buy a real S15. They sell in GA for 20 to 30k titled and legal.

You said it your self, the body is wider compared to an s14, so im not sure how well it would come out.

I have no information on this conversion at all, just an observation..

Fully Legal S15 Will Be Available In The Year 2024.

No Other Possible Way, Unless You Got A Couple OF Hundred Thousands To Burn.

Can't Remember If I've Seen That Done Before.Seen Them On S13's Tho.

2024 is way too long.

assassin7420...it might be legal in GA but doesn't California have stricter laws?

I was thinking...getting a s14 shell..for maybe $2000 + $400 (rear clip) + $2000 (front conversion) and a couple grand for body work...it'll be a fully converted s15 for under $8000 plus with maybe a twin turbo VQ35 under the hood

Why don't you start calling body shops? Do some legwork and stop being lazy. Then come back, make a list of things needed and tell everyone how much it will cost.

ya there are 2 street legal ones here in nashville. yadadada yes i know there not federal legal. but they have a tn title and i think the government has more things to worry about than someone driving a car that was never federally crash tested
