hi everyone, today someone was backing out of the space beside me and brushed the right rear corner of my bumper on my 2008 V SL. it scratched it but did not dent it. The scratch is more than surface its a little deep not too too bad...but its not just surface. Is that fixable, if it is how do they fix it? btw my car is black. if its not fixable would they replace the whole bumper? that seems crazy

I need some info/thoughts please!!!!

A body shop would be able to tell you whether it's a matter of just repainting, or if your bumper skin needs to be replaced.

My 01 Sentra SE was recently hit in the rear, and the bumper had some pretty significant scratches and areas where quarter sized scuffs removed the paint and some of the urethane.

The body shop our Z club frequents made it look like new for about $200, half the amount the insurance company paid us!
