Ok so I have a 2.5s stripped down coupe (2010) with door handle pieces that are black (see image below) and I want to get the polished aluminum looking ones. Does anyone know what trim package the aluminum ones come on? And does anyone know what these parts are actually called (to help me order from courtesy parts, because I'm having a b**** of a time finding them)?

It'll look almost exactly like the polished aluminum ones with the right paint. I did my interior light grey and then redid it white a few days ago and it came out great.

Have had paint on the interior for about 2 months now and no problems. Just make sure you put a few coats of clear on it and it'll clean easy.

I painted mine but also used carbon fiber for certain areas. I put a couple coats of clear on the paint and it has been 2 years now, no issues.
