Hullo Folks! I've been lurking the forums for a while; had a couple questions, so I decided I'd man up, make an account, and see where it takes me. Warning: I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to cars.

Current ride: 2009 Altima Coupe 2.5; It's my second vehicle, bought it during University as my '94 Chevy Lumina LS Sedan s*** the bed on me and I needed some new wheels. It's been a great and reliable ride. I'm pushing 100k on the odo and looking to do some work to help maintain the love I have for this car.

I have been hmming and hawing over getting an intake and exhaust and on the car. My question is: If I'm working on a budget, is there one mod I should get before the other? Would it be more advisable to get the intake first, or the exhaust first? Would an intake sound poor with the stock exhaust, and vice versa? Should I save for both around the same time?

I'll post some pics tonight when I get home from work to show off my beauty :D

Current mods:
15% Tint on driver and passenger side, 5% tint in rear.
Trunk is semi-debaged (Still have the burger).
Plasti-dipped chrome moustache on grille.

Planned mods:
Exhaust
Intake
Rims (Thinking about powdercoating my stockers)
Springs

exhaust first, doesn't really sound different unless on higher rpms with an intake installed along with exhaust just make sure you find the right one. I've been through 2 different ones

Cool beans, thanks for the tip. Sorry about your luck.

I was looking at the K&N intake, but for exhaust I really like the Stillen and Magnaflow sound. There's also a custom exhaust shop near my place, so that's an option.
