question regarding carbs for 84 720

Hi im new here and not the best on the computer so i havent really browsed the forums yet. i have a 1984 nissan 720 . it was made in feb of 83, im curious if it has a electronically contolled carb or not ( ecc). i havent been able to locate the ecc box. where abouts are they located? any help would be appreciated. ive heard that you can remove the whole computer system and put on a weber carb. any advice on that aswell?

The computer box is under the driver's seat. Many people like the weber carb. Look at the threads in the DIY section for more carburetor info.

thanks for the tip! any idea you know what the electrical connection under the passenger seat is?
