Will an ABS actuator from a 95Q work in a 90Q? I have a chance to purchase a take-out from a 95 to replace my leaking actuator but am unsure if such a retrofit is possible.

No ! The 90-93 are interchangable. The metal lines are different locations and the software is different inside the ABS computer thus driving the newer design....[94-96].
