Maybe with some major camber

I'm running 17x7.5 +35 with almost no negative camber and I'm just about flush. According to the offset calc, these will stick out over 30mm more, and have slightly less clearance towards the strut.

They'll be out over an inch from what I'd consider to be a good fit without major camber. http://toy4two.home.mindspring.com/offset.htmlThe Offset calc really comes in handy sometimes.

On what car? 17x7.5+35 will be nowhere near flush on S13 or S14.

thought about it for my 2nd car, but it'll be hard to replace if I mess them up. Decided to get the new black/polished FN01's. Shipment is coming at the end of this month

my 17x7.5 30mm offsets with -1 dergee front and -1.5 degree rear camber are propperly flush, IE they are -just- inside the wheel wells.

I can assure you, that with very little negative camber, a 17x7.5 +35 is pretty close to flush. A 17x8+35 IS flush.

Now, if you want to stretch tires and run negtive camber, and have wheels that stick out further than the tires, then no, these aren't flush.

17x9+15 w/225/45 fit all around no problem no camber. not a big stretch either. might need a little roll, but other than that...its fits perfect. 17x7.5+35 will not clear most coilovers in the front. and have a bad case of sunken battleship out back. unless you run 245/45 and consider the tires to be flush, and the rim not.

a 17x9 +1 sticks out 39 mm more, and is 1mm closer to the coilover, when compared to a 17x7.5 +35, and I promise you, I'll take pictures if I have to, my wheels are damn near close to flush in the front on a stock body S13 with little camber. Keep in mind that 1" is about 25mm. I can tell you right now, if my wheels stuck out 1.5" more than what I have now they would be outside of the wheel well in the front. A 17x8 +30 is flush with properly sized unstretched tires, neither the wheels or tires stick out beyond the fenderwells. If you look at many of these wide low offset wheels, you will notice that the tires are stretched so that the wheels can fit the car, they are running pretty serious negative camber, and the WHEELS stick out beyond the fenderwell while the tires sit inside the wells.

Bomex wanted a stock body, that means no pulls on the fenders, but possibly rolling the inner lip. The point is moot anyway since Bomex isn't getting these wheels, but I'll try to get some pictures of how my wheels look, and if you look on this site, there are good pictures of those 17x8 +30s on a stock body S13 so you can see that they are properly flush.
