ive been lurking on here long enough to search when needed, and figure things out myself, so never really needed to post, but...

quick question to all those that have done this...i have a s13 se, wanted to upgrade, as the rotors were shot, etc, and went with the '90 300zx 26mm upgrade route. well, first off, ended up getting 30mm rotors(that dont work at all..)and got another set, that im told is 26mm, brembo blanks, redrilled.....and it, kinda, works. when i press the pedal, it goes staight to the floor, but, with another depress, itll catch, pretty nice too. but, that doesnt make sense, as ive seen noone else on here say they needed this much effort...nor has anyone mentioned having to space the rotor out for the caliper to clear the rotor....i do have the good stock se rims, with the single brace so it does clear there, but the caliper itself will 'bite' into the rotor, if not spaced out. so, im thinking, ive got the wrong rotors, again....

anybody know the specs on brembos blanks? ie:there is a 24m stamped on the outside, as in the very outside of the rotor itself....and im guessing that i acually have 24mm, and thats why this set isnt 'quite what i expected from some pretty decently sized brakes' being...

any help would greatly be appreciated

maesure it is the easiest thing to do. should be 280x26mm.

If you still have right rotors, I would say bleed throughly, check for the leak or make sure the rotor is exactly in the middle of the caliper. It sounds dangerous. Basically, you have to pump twice to make your brake work.
