I have a 95 2x4 nissan. I put 17 x 8.5 in rims on it and had no problems with rubbing what so ever even with 245's on it. Then again they were street profile tires mounted on it. I'm not sure what your plans are for the truck, but I think those rims should be ok as long as the tire size fits your truck. BTW, what are the offsets on that wheel? and what are the offset on the stock wheels?

ahh those wheels are pretty bad seva....

since the truck is 4x4 i plan to do some off roading but still be able to drive on the highway at 70-8- mph. I am just gonna get some all terrian tires and maybe those wheels i posted up. the offset on them is -30 with a 3 1/4 backspacing. they should work for my truck.
