question on wheel widths

I was looking at getting some DT-05R's...regardless I want to know a good width setup would be. 17x() - front 7.5 and rear 7.5front 7.5 and rear 8.5 " 8.5 " " 9.5

...and whatever combinations. Also, whats the pros/cons to getting phattys and staggered width sizes. Thx.

wider wheels = you gotta buy bigger tires, costs more. thats pretty much the only negative your looking at for your situation.

at the level your car is at, the main handling difference is gonna be controlled by the tire compound you buy, not by the wheel size.

just get the widest lowest offset they sell, itll look cooler. youll have an easier time reselling them too.
