I have a question, on where the vacume lines on the stock intake pipe, go when adding the cold pipe? I know the one from the valve cover can be reciculated back to the intake infront of the turbo, but what about the others? Also where is a good tap for the boost gauge, and bov? and for the waste gate should the vacume line go to the compressor tap on the turbo? Last do I have to do any thing other to any vacume lines when going turbo? I searched, but only found things for the sr thanks

I just have a breather filter on the crankcase vent off the valve cover. It can shoot oil out sometimes, so I didn't want to re-route it. The smaller lines don't matter, but you can put a fitting on your cold pipe for the bigger(5/8"?) hose that routes back to the AAC valve.

^what he said about the cold pipe hose

as for boost gauge and bov, this is what i did

FPR to Tone goes to lower Intake manifoldthe other to another Tfrom that T,one goes to the boost gaugethe other to bov

My way is not the best way to do it, but it works good in mine for this past month.

someone told me that the breather filter could take in unmetered air if you just put a filter off the crankcase. I didnt think that was right but I don't really know much about all those vaccuum lines.

also, what the **** does the AAC do?

It's the same thing as an IACV. It's basically for the winter. Increases idle speed during warmup. I was curious about the AAC though. Does everyone else use one? I was thinking of removing it...

you could also run like a universal check valve filter like a incased fuel filter or somethin....from the valve cover to the cold pipe...that way you can keep the crankcase pressure and still have the line

I want to remove everything, and I think we decided I would need lines for:fuel pressure regulator, the idle air hose (under the throttle body?), brake booster... I don't remember what else, if anything.I'm trying to take everything out that isn't necessary.
