I was wondering for the guys using the 460cc rx7 injectors which o rings kit did you guys use? did you use the one for the rx7, or the one for the 240sx? i bought one for the the 240sx to try them out, and it fits really tight in the fuel rail, and the injector will not go all the way in, there is liek a 2 or 3 mm gap from the bottom of the top of the injector and the rail. so which did you guys use?

i had mine cleaned, flow tested and calib. by cruzinperformance.com and they provided me with all new o-rings and insulators. mine fit just fine. i didnt tell them they were going in a 240sx so i assume they just used stock rx-7 injector o-rings because thats what goes on them. dont think this pic helps much but you can see how they sit. i have never had a leak on mine at all.

they are the same "import" type top feed, the orings will at the top will probably be the same no matter what kit you get. and get a rubber mallet or a block of wood and a hammer, trust me, the injectors fit just fine.

Mine where a tight fit also but I just wacked it with a rubber mallet and it sealed just fine. Make sure you oil those o rings up good and clean out the bosses before you put them in .
