I’m thinking about boosting my LS6 S13 after she’s all done. I still have a lot of work to do. But on the stock rear (still deciding on what rear to get) I am getting numbers in the 420's. Stock the engine was around 380 but the new intake, throttle body, rails, and 3.5 inch catless dual exhaust, and pulleys got the numbers up. I want to be at least 550 horses, I am going to be upgrading the heads and cam so the motor should be closer to 460 horses then. I have to get it back on the dyno when it’s complete.

But what I really need to know is rather silly. I have no space to work with under the hood for the turbos. I would have to mount them next to the transmission next to the bell. The headers are custom made (to get around the steering rack) and cost too much to get another set made. Does anyone sell the rectangular flanges? I might be best off just buying some eBay turbo manifold and cutting them off. I’m also debating Single VS twin. I have Dual 3.5 inch exhaust, I could Y them to the turbo then split back to dual, or go twins. What do you think you would do? I was going to supercharge it, but I think turbos would be a bit more fun.

Very nice project man!!!

You could build a remote mount turbo setup. We built one on an Excursion v10 a while back using a single tubo. While it can be done, it's a ton of piping and still takes up a good amount of space. Personally I'd probably go with a supercharger on your setup, just because of the simplicity it offers.
