Ok, here goes.My 03 Sentra SE-R has a front strut bar, but my recently purchased 06 Altima does not.I did a Nico search and couldn't find any threads on strut bars for Altima's.Is it worth considering? Has any one installed a front strut bar on their Altima's?I checked e-bay just for fun, and they are pretty cheap.Any input (plus or minus) is always appreciated.Thanks.P.S. What about rear sway bars?

Strut braces are a must for me in my cars! I've had them on my old SE-R and 240sx. I believe Stillen produces the best ones so I'm waiting for them to make one for the 07's.

Strut bars reduce strut tower flex during cornering, thus improving handling. They improve chassis rigidity and improve steering. They can also help to reduce understeer. I personally think strut braces are one of the most important components when designing a car to "handle" on corners. And to top it off, a good brace will cost around 2 bills or so. Don't get that cheap APC stuff they sell on ebay. Spend a little extra and go with a Stillen or Nismo one. Your car and tires will thank you for it.

Stillen makes a quality strut bar that runs about $150. I wouldn't recommend purchasing any no name brand ones off eBay as you mentioned. Stillen also makes a rear sway bar to compliment the strut bar. With both you will relieve both your under and oversteer issues. Nismo does not make a product for the 2.5L.

This guy is selling one for your car for only $120. If he still has it, you may want to scoop up.
