Question on seats

Howdy all. Just bought my G on Monday and I couldn't be happier! Well, I take that back... one little thing would make me happier... the driver's seat, being the sport seat where they come up and sort of grip your body is comfortable for my upper body. It's a lot of fun to take tight corners and barely move. But, I'm almost 6'5 and pretty solidly built. The seat bottom sticks into the side of my thighs and gets uncomfortable after a while. I find myself constantly trying to adjust positions to make it more comfortable while driving. Is there anything I can do? I'm afraid I might have to replace the seats, but even if I do, does anyone know of any that would be different and more "flat" on the bottom?

Also, speaking of seats... I thought the driver's seat had a memory function (I have the premium package) but I can't for the life of me figure it out. Can anyone help on this?

Welcome to Nico!! I fell in love with the coupe at the auto show when they came out!

Butt, I ended up with sedans because I couldn't get comphy in the seat. But, that's a great idea! replace the seat....might be something for me to consider.

If the sedan seat is more comfy maybe you should consider to put them in the coupe. Somebody just replaced the sedan seat with Coupe seats couple of weeks ago.

Maybe he would sell them.

The coupe seats are ok...the controls get me after a while. The memory package is on the 06+. Luckily, they fixed the seat in the G37. It is HUGE improvement!!

Agreed!! But, I actually like the looks of the G35 better.

Yes, I have the coupe seats in my sedan. So the sedan seats are forsale, they are black in color.

I am 6'4", about 270, and my seats fit me just fine. I have gone on a few distance trips and had no problems. I must have a narrow a$$!! lol. Seems like RED_DET might have your solution.

I've been thinking the same.

Not really my a$$ that is uncomphy when I drive a coupe, but my thighs.....I've always had fairly large thighs from lifting weights. Not that I'm in pain, I'm just not as comfortable as I am in the sedan. And I have so lusted for a coupe!!!! However, I have really grown to appreciate my sedans!!
