Question on Salvage Title(NJ). also S13 SR 4sale

hey everybody, I just found a 96 se and its sweet looking car but the only thing is, it is a salvage title. I'm in the State of NJ and i've heard that I have to rebuild the title to be able to drive the car. Anyone in NJ experience or have any info on this? i think I can help. First off my 240 is a salvage, and I have fixed totals before. In kentucky you have to have three reciepts that show parts that you bought and one for labor. The labor one you can make yourself. Then you need to have the car inspected. You just take it to the court house and they check the lights-wipers-horn-taillights. Basic stuff to prove the car is road worthy. Then you apply for your new title, get the car licensed and your done. If you have any more questions I would be more than happy to help. Also your law may differ because its a different state.
