Question on P45R Rims

A guy here is selling his Rota P45R 18x9.5 +30 with 265/35 tires that was on his EVO. Would these fit a '97 240sx with z32 brakes and coilovers? Any thoughts would be great. Thanks.

should clear brakes but most likely wont clear suspension up front

Will need spacers up front, but then they will stick out further than the rears and look weird. 7mm spacers all around maybe?

I'm trying to figure out how to fit 17x9.5+12 with 255 rubber all around and I'm like
