Question on "Nismo LM GT4"

i know that both of these rims are "Nismo LM GT4" but why is one more deep than the others.. i know stupid question. but i couldnt find the answer for this.. .

i want the "Nismo LM GT4" (black one), for my 98 s14. please help!!
