question on my 180sx conversion

I found this turbo kit online that i was thinking about buying. i'm going to do a lot more investigating on turbo kits before i take any action, but it says it's a t70 turbo kit with adjustable boost from 6 psi to 18 psi. it's a full kit so i was wondering if i put it onto my ca18det with stock 175 horsepower, with 20hp of bolt ons, what will i end up getting after installing the turbo?
