Question on intake plumbing

To the right of the throttle Body is a bigger vaccum source, that used to be hooked up to my stock intake. Does this have to be hooked up to the intercooler piping?

That's the inlet for the idle air control valve...so...yes, you need it.

Oh...and it needs to be on the cold pipe, needs to be pressurized.
