question on installing turbo timer (wire locations)

Im trying to hard wire my blitz dc turbo timer to my car, and i need to know these three wires 1- 12 volt constant, 2- ignition wire, and 3- secondary ignition, or accessorywire. this is on an 89 240sx please help thanks

Now.. if you have a Voltmeter it's quite simple. Open up the steering wheel column as I did and using the chassis as ground look for the wires as follows:

Key pos		Wire	Voltage------------------------------------------------OFF		BAT	12V		START	0V		ACC	0V		ON	0V

ACC		BAT	12V		START	0V		ACC	12V		ON	0V

ON		BAT	12V		START	0V		ACC	12V		ON	12V

START		BAT	12V		START	12V		ACC	0V		ON	12V


Then connect the GND to any screw you can find. The steering column one work fine. Just to make sure measure resistance from your selected screw to the chassis.

Thanks alot, this really helps me out, I am a little confused, which wire is the on, and which wire is the start? thanks agin
