question on installing s14 kouki JDM turn signal

Is it a plug and play thing or do I need to splice the wires and shrink wrap them together? I see atleast 3 plugs that I can plug into, 1 works and it definitely front side markers, the other 2 however doesn't do anything when I plug them in, and does the turning signal uses the same fuse from the headlight/ fog light? I look over the fuse box and it doesn't say anything about the turning signals.

From What I Understand From Spooled.

You Gotta Cut The Side Markers Plug, Cut The Original Turn Signal Plug And Replace With The Side Marker Plug You Cut(Since The JDM Bumper Has To Side Markers, You Don't Really Need Them).

I Also Have To Do This...

p.s. I just cracked my brand new JDM turn signal, stupid after market bumper they got some bad fitment I tell ya.
