Question on installing Cat back Exhaust

I found someone locally selling a Stillen cat back exhaust, So I ended up picking it up for $300. My question is what do I need to install it? Do I need to purchase gaskets or clamps?

Looks like you are missing the mounting nuts and bolts, U-clamps for the pipes and the triangle gasket on the main.

Take it to a Midas muffler shop, they can install it properly and breaking the rust off your existing bolts will probably require a torch to heat the nuts and impact wrench up enough to break them loose. It did in my case, I have the same exhaust, but bought it new. They will also have the adjustable stands to hold the assembly in place while tightening up the clamps and bolts. cost approx. $150.
