Question on how to replace rear brake rotors on a 2010 Maxima

Replacing the rear pads and rotors on the girlfriend's car. Not my first time doing brakes, but the first time on her car.

The bottom "torque member" bolt is blocked by the yoke of the "radius arm". I maybe could get a closed end wrench on there, but no way a socket would fit to re-torque to the proper ft-lb. What is the proper procedure for replacing the rear rotors, do I need to remove the radius arm?

Trying to answer the question above from page 36

upon reassembly you should tighten the torque member bolts first (14)
then put on your caliper and tighten the sliding piston bolts (6)
