Question on hose replacement

I'm in the middle of relocating my knock sensor... I found out 2/3 of the way into pulling the old one out that I can just relocate it.
While I was putting it back together I found a hose in the rear of the engine has a large hole. It attaches to a metal tube that runs under the intake manifold and attaches to a hose that attaches to something right on top of the manifold.
I just need a new hose so I can continue. Can anyone tell me what this part is so I can find the correct replacement hose?

2nd pic: The tube that has the rusty end runs under the intake manifold and comes out on top here, going right into the piece in the center of the pic that has the yellow label on it with writing saying not to remove when hot.

I'm guessing the hose in question is a cooling hose; it's rusty, uses worm-drive (high pressure) clamps, and has a label that says not to disconnect when hot. I'm guessing it's part 14056NC from this courtesyparts.com page. Do some studying of the diagram and make sure it lines up with what you're looking at, though.

Ok I'm gonna take a closer look and see but thanks man! I didn't see this diagram when I was looking.

It's actually directly behind 14056NC and curves kind of the opposite way; straight on the upper section. Do you think that would be 14056ND maybe?
I'm not very experienced at reading diagrams, that's all.
