Long story short..
Today as I was driving on the interstate I spotted a blown-out tire in my lane several hundred yards ahead so I quickly moved over to the adjacent lane on the right to avoid it. However, some jack-wad that was initially in the lane to my left and ahead of me decided to get over in the lane with the hazardous tire (I'm assuming he didn't see the tire) and once he did, he clipped the tire and sent it my way. Not having enough time to dodge it, it smacked my front bumper and I dragged it a short ways before I saw it disappear in my rear view. When I got to my destination I inspected underneath and didn't notice any visible damage with the exception of a clip/bracket that was dangling on the lower bumper cover that I believe connects to the radiator core. I only saw one of these so I'm thinking the other one didn't survive the impact.
Looking in the FSM I can't identify the clip(s)/bracket that I need to replace. I also tried looking online at an Infiniti parts dealer but I can't really figure it out there, either. I can't be certain but it judging from the way this clip feels I believe it was molded to the bumper cover and then fastened to the radiator core by a clip or some other type of fastener. If this is the case, I obviously can't replace them. The bumper cover still appears to be secure with a noticeable amount of "play" but I still think it's safe...and definitely not worth the money in getting replaced.
Any thoughts, experience with this?

Thanks!
